Romanesque Day is part of the cross-border project ‘Alpine Road of Romanesque Art’, which now comprises 33 sites. On Romanesque Day, the crypt with its impressive fresco cycle and St. Stephen's Church are open to the public from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. We also invite you to take part in a themed tour of the monastery's own wine cellar. Our museum and the monastery café are open continuously from 10 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.
